Toby is the CEO and Founder of the Harrington Starr Group and has built Global businesses within the Financial Technology sector for over 17 years.

Having worked for two listed firms at board level, Toby formed the group in 2010 and it has subsequently become one of the UK’s fastest growing businesses.

Scott took over as Head of Marketing in 2016. Managing The Harrington Starr Group’s extensive marketing suite, Scott looks over the compilation and editing of The Financial Technologist, hosting and management of The FinTech Breakfast, FinTech Influencers meetings, filming and editing for the Harrington Starr TV YouTube channel, all media partnerships, social media management and internal content.
Having recently been recognised as one of LinkedIn’s most socially engaged companies of 2017 and one of CIO Magazines 30 Most Innovative Companies of 2017, Scott is continuing to try to innovate and expand The Harrington Starr Group’s marketing package.
Harry has over 15 years experience working in the Financial Technology sector and has forged a reputation by delivering service excellence to some of the most prestigious companies in the City. Using the extensive network he has built over the course of his career, his remit is to develop opportunities with new clients, provide World Class customer experience and continue to build the partnerships we have with our existing clients.
Gemma runs business development for Harrington Starr Technology Consulting and is key to bringing in new business. She has worked in business development for over 16 years, both in the UK and middle east. Gemma is a strong advocate for equality and heads up #womeninfintech bringing together and showcasing the very best talent of women in financial services. She is a master connector with a large and varied network.

Having previously trained as an actor and worked as a theatre producer, Claudine joined the business in 2014 bringing her unique experience of looking after casts of performers to the world of information technology.
